Fish Taco BowlsFish: Use a white flaky fish like blackfish, cod, mahi mahi, halibut or flounder. Glaze the fish with olive oil and sprinkle on Cajun seasoning.
Fish Taco Sauce: Combine mayonnaise, sriracha and lime juice. If you can't drizzle it, add water.
Cabbage Slaw: Use a coleslaw mix (red and white cabbage and shredded carrots), tossed it in olive oil, lime juice, and salt.
Garnish: Serve in bowls with lime wedges and fresh cilantro. Enjoy!Lemon Chicken
Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat chicken dry and sprinkle with light teaspoon salt.Heat oil in a ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Throw in the chicken and cook until golden brown on one side, 4 to 5 minutes. Flip the chicken and throw lemon slices atop the chicken and in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with thyme and rosemary.Transfer to the oven; roast until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 165°F, about 8 minutes. Transfer the chicken and lemon slices to a cutting board; let rest for 5 minutes. Do not wipe the pan clean.Heat some lemon juice, pepper and the remaining a dash of salt in the pan over low heat. Whisk in light butter to form a sauce, about 45 seconds to a minute. Remove from heat and stir in some tarragon or other spices. Cut the breasts in half and drizzle with the sauce.Sesame Chicken:Season the Chicken: Cube the chiden and coat with extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, ginger, and cornstarch for a heavier meat.
Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the avocado oil. Cook half of the chicken until golden brown, flipping halfway.
Sesame Chicken Sauce: Mix some soy sauce, sugar, tomato paste, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, a dash of liquid smoke and ginger. In another bowl, whisk the cornstarch and water to make a slurry, if desired. Throw the sesame oil, red pepper, and garlic in the pan and cook for 30 seconds. Pour half of the sauce in and cook for a minute.
Chicken and Slurry: Return the chicken to the pan, pour in the remaining sauce, and slowly coat with the slurry. Cook for 2 more minutes. Bon Appetite.
